DJ P-LO is based in South Florida and serves weddings and events in Miami and throughout South Florida, as well as Asheville, Charlotte, Greenville, Charleston and Atlanta. The Mix starts at $6,250 and combines DJ P-LO with one featured live musician. Additional musicians and expanded production are enhancements. DJ P-LO may also incorporate his own trumpet, piano or vocals where appropriate; those abilities are separate from the featured musician included in The Mix.

Yes. Patrick Lopez performs as DJ P-LO and can incorporate live trumpet, piano and vocals when they fit the event and selected experience. This allows musical moments to feel integrated with the DJ set instead of added as an unrelated performance.

Yes. DJ P-LO’s dedicated support team can provide ceremony audio for the officiant, including microphones and sound reinforcement, as well as live or DJ-based ceremony music. Before the wedding, the support team coordinates with the couple, planner and officiant as needed to understand the processional order, entrances, transitions, musical cues, microphone requirements, and exactly when music should begin, fade or stop. Ceremony service can be combined with cocktail hour and reception entertainment for a seamless wedding-day flow. DJ P-LO does not provide wedding officiant services.

Yes. DJ P-LO provides entertainment for corporate events, including company celebrations, conferences, galas, brand events and private functions. The music, microphone needs, timing and production plan are tailored to the event rather than treated like a wedding template.

Wedding DJ service is built around professional DJ performance, MC support, planning and the sound and wireless microphones specified for the booked event. Ceremony, cocktail-hour, lighting, live-musician and other production needs depend on the selected experience and proposal, so the written agreement is the final source for what is included.

Yes. Couples and clients can share must-play songs, meaningful selections, cultural preferences and songs they do not want played. DJ P-LO uses that direction alongside his experience reading the room so the music remains personal while the celebration continues to flow naturally.

Yes. DJ P-LO carries professional liability coverage up to $2 million, and a certificate of insurance can be provided when a venue requests one. Venue-specific certificate requirements should be shared early so they can be handled before the event.

Yes. DJ P-LO is available for destination weddings and events throughout the United States. Travel and event-specific logistics are reviewed for the venue and date, then clearly included in the proposal rather than assumed.

DJ P-LO plans critical audio paths with backup essentials, including appropriate microphones, cables and playback contingencies. The exact production plan depends on the venue, event spaces and services booked, and those requirements are reviewed during planning.

Yes. Patrick Lopez is bilingual in English and Spanish and can provide bilingual MC support when requested. The preferred language balance, names, introductions and important announcements are reviewed in advance so the presentation feels natural to the guests.

After availability and event needs are confirmed, DJ P-LO provides a written proposal and agreement describing the selected services. The date is officially reserved when the agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is paid. Final payment is due 10 days before the event, with the exact deadline and payment schedule also stated in the signed agreement.

Contact DJ P-LO as soon as a date change becomes possible. Current terms allow one reschedule within one year, subject to the new date’s availability and any changed travel or production requirements. The signed agreement remains the controlling source for the rescheduling terms that apply to your event.

DJ P-LO coordinates with the planning and venue teams on the timeline, load-in, room transitions, introductions, speeches, formal moments, musical cues and sound requirements that affect the event. Clear vendor communication helps entertainment support the overall plan instead of operating separately from it.

DJ P-LO combines professional DJ and MC experience with Patrick Lopez’s ability as a live trumpet player, pianist and vocalist. Through Ready Play Entertainment, the experience can also be expanded with featured musicians and event enhancements. The result is designed around the event rather than a one-size-fits-all playlist.

Yes. Depending on the venue and event, available enhancements can include uplighting, dance-floor lighting, expanded sound, staging, extra microphones, photo booths and additional live musicians. Enhancements are selected according to the event plan and listed in the proposal; they are not automatically included in every experience.

The selected experience determines who performs. The DJ Experience may feature one of Ready Play Entertainment’s trusted professional DJs. The DJ P-LO Experience and The Mix feature Patrick Lopez personally as DJ P-LO, with the live-performance elements described in the proposal.

DJ P-LO’s MC style is polished, confident and focused on keeping the event moving naturally. Introductions, announcements and formal moments are planned with the couple or host and coordinated with the planner and venue team, without unnecessary interruptions or making the celebration feel overproduced.
