Do you travel outside the cities listed on this page?
Yes. DJ P-LO is available for destination weddings, corporate events, resorts, festivals and private celebrations throughout the United States. Your city does not need to be listed to request availability.
Are travel costs included in the pricing?
Travel is quoted separately when applicable. The final travel amount depends on the event location, transportation, lodging, schedule and production requirements. All expected travel costs are reviewed before booking.
Can you provide both DJ entertainment and live music?
Yes. Experiences can combine professional DJ entertainment with live trumpet, piano, vocals, saxophone, percussion or additional musicians. The lineup can be customized around your event style, venue and budget.
Do you provide ceremony audio and microphones?
Yes. Ceremony sound, wireless microphones, cocktail-hour audio and reception production can be included based on your needs. We coordinate the setup and timeline with you and your venue before the event.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular wedding dates, destination events and peak-season weekends should be reserved as early as possible. Availability is limited to one event per date for certain DJ P-LO experiences, so checking your date early is recommended.
What happens if our venue or event plans change?
We coordinate closely with you and your venue to adjust timelines, setup, production and performance details whenever possible. Any change affecting travel, staffing, equipment or event duration is reviewed with you before the updated plan is finalized.
