I got married on May 7th, 2016. I was nervous about booking a live band. My wife and I are both musicians and had high expectations–a band that could cover multiple genres. I’m also Latin, and wanted quality Latin Jazz. DJ P-LO not only met our expectations, HIS GROUP FAR EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS AND BLEW THEM OUT OF THE WATER. I can’t say it enough, from his professionalism, communication, openness to feedback/direction (I had sent him an exhaustive list of songs, genres, and transitions I was hoping for), to his interaction with the crowd, live band mix with programmed music and, of course, the basics–he was on time, he set up and broke down properly, and he checked in with me all night to make sure he was meeting expectations…which again, he wasn’t–he was FAR EXCEEDING THEM! (Did I say that already?) His band mates were professional and spectacular soloists, singers, and musicians. You cannot go wrong with booking these guys. We are so thankful that we had a FANTASTIC PARTY because the music had us ALL DANCING ALL NIGHT LONG (and it was an ethnically diverse group read: Southerners that may not be used to Latin Jazz). What a great price for such great quality!!! I will recommend him for sure.
